You’re Respectful.
Respect is the cornerstone of all relationships, romantic or not, and it’s one of the qualities that makes a woman a good wife.

Being respectful doesn’t mean that you cower behind your husband and accept all his opinions even if you disagree with them. It rather means that you graciously differ with him and then provide your own opinion.
Here are a few ways that you can show respect to your husband and other people:
- Be kind and courteous both in your actions and language.
- Listen actively, try not to interrupt, and wait for your turn to speak.
- Respect the differences in views and opinions of others, and respectfully disagree if you have to.
- Be mindful of other people’s personal spaces.
- Own up to your mistakes when you realize you are wrong.
Mutual respect goes a long way in making a relationship work. Hopefully, your husband also shows respect to you.
You Are True To Herself.
Another quality of a good wife is a woman who is true to herself and doesn’t break their principles just to fit in or please people.
A woman who is true to herself;
- Is honest about herself, her feelings and her thoughts.
- Honours her principles and rejects requests that conflict with them.
- Doesn’t try too hard to be loved by everybody.
- Does what she believes is right regardless of criticism from other people.
- Changes her mind about her beliefs if she finds out that she was wrong.
You’re A Good And Efficient Communicator.
In addition to respect, good communication is also another important value that makes a relationship work.
Even when they have disagreements, a good wife finds ways to express herself to her husband.
Instead of giving him the silent treatment and leaving him to wonder what went wrong, a good wife will try to maintain open communication with her husband, and in addition to speaking her mind, she will assist in finding solutions to their problems.
You’re Faithful, Loyal And Trustworthy.
Loyalty, faithfulness and trustworthiness are all qualities of a good wife, a good husband, or a good partner that we all look for.
While faithfulness and loyalty generally mean no cheating on your partner, it doesn’t stop at that. A faithful and loyal wife also supports her partner and defends his name when he is not around. She is his ride-or-die.
Additionally, a good wife is trustworthy. She is honest and truthful with her words and her promises, reliable, and can be trusted completely.
You Recognizes That You’re No Longer Single.
Another quality of a good wife is that she recognizes that she is now in a committed relationship and acts like she is in one, leaving her single life behind.
If she was used to frequent ladies’ night out, sleepovers, or flirting with other men when she was single, once she gets married, a woman should know that she has transitioned into another stage of her life and her priorities have changed.
This, of course, doesn’t mean that she will cut off her friends and relatives completely, but it means that her family comes first.
She Brings Out The Best Of Her Husband.
Couples should always bring the best out of each other, if they don’t then they are just wasting their time in that relationship.
A good wife is her husband’s best friend and confidant. Not only does she create a home and a family with him but she also has fun with him, keeps him in check when he makes mistakes, and helps him become a better version of himself.
