State police have charged three people in a s3xual assault on a dog that troopers uncovered while investigating another crime.
Earlier this month, state police charged 38-year-old Ryan Peters and 25-year-old Jadzia Martin of Codorus Township in the alleged s3xual assault of a 16-year-old girl in York County. Authorities allege the assault happened on June 29 during a cookout at the home.

While investigating the alleged assault, troopers executed a search warrant at a home in the 2500 block of Buffalo Valley Road and seized a micro SD digital storage device for a Samsung Pro 256 in a bedroom, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

State police reviewed the video and found that Peters and 36-year-old Britney Martin of Dallastown engaged in se.x.u.a.l intercourse with a dog, the affidavit states.

Peters has been charged with producing/presenting/directing an obscene performance, s3xual intercourse with an animal and cruelty to animals.
He was committed to York County Prison earlier this month in connection with the assault of the teenager. His bail was set at $150,000, according to court records.
