Today we declare over our lives and our country that the manifest presence of the Lord abides with us and keeps us. God is our shield and protection from the stormy blast. He that keeps Israel neither sleeps nor slumbers; the Lord of Hosts is His name, and He fights our battles and grants us the victory.
His loving kindness that is better than life itself distinguishes us and our times. Things go well for us, and all is well with us. Darkness is turned to light, and our paths are brightened by the countenance of the Lord who lifts us. We shall not see or suffer any kind of frustration.
Those who hate us are beaten face down before us. Shame and disgrace are perpetually the portions of those who wish us evil. As many as plan to touch us shall the Lord visit in His wrath. Let no man trouble us henceforth, for we bear in our bodies the marks of the Lord Jesus.
