Veteran Nollywood actress Rita Edochie has spoken out about the family’s position on Yul Edochie and his first wife May’s marital crisis.
Rita has also kept up her social media support for May, while Yul and Judy Austin continue to post pictures of their romantic moments online.
In a post on her Instagram page on Sunday, Rita reaffirmed that May is Yul’s only legitimate wife and that the Edochie family as a whole is firmly behind her.

In a dig at Judy Austin, the actress said that May and Yul were married legally, traditionally, and in a church, unlike “stupid side chic”.
She expressed optimism that May would have the last laugh as those fighting with her will have God to contain, and their “game will soon be over”.
Rita wrote;
“My darling daughter, Queen May Edochie, you were married legally, traditionally, and church wedding by Yul Edochie. This is the reason why you are the only legit, verified, and known wife of Yul Edochie fully recognized by the entire family of the Edochies. So all those fighting you like that stupid side chic, they have God almighty to contain with. Their games will soon be over. Happy Sunday my great people in the world.”
Following the comments, Yul immediately unfollowed her on Instagram.
