Scheana Shay Explains the Diamond Band Next to Her Engagement Ring
After getting engaged in July of last year, it’s all happening for Scheana Shay and Brock Davies. The Vanderpump Rules couple has been open about the detail before and recently, Scheana shared another update — this time about the diamond band next to her engagement ring.
In a January Instagram Story, the Vanderpump Rules mom took to social media to clear up confusion about a band. In the clip, Scheana’s gorgeous 12.74-carat morganite engagement ring shone brightly next to a diamond band that looked like a potential wedding band. “For those wondering about my band, I had [Kyle Chan Design] make me a simple diamond band that I can wear [every day because] my [engagement] ring is a little too big to wear 24/7 but I always want a representation of our love on my finger.” she explained. “It also helps keep the engagement ring in place [because] I have tiny fingers.” She noted that once she and Brock get married, she will add yet another band to her ring finger.
In the January 4 episode of Vanderpump Rules, viewers saw Brock visit Kyle Chan Design to pick up the sparkler. Jewelry designer Kyle Chan dished that the ring was a “very rare pink morganite” stone that “looks like a pink diamond.” The husband-to-be noted that he was first thinking about getting Scheana an eight-carat ring, but eventually ended up with one that had over 12 carats.

Kyle Chan Design posted a January 5 Instagram showing off the ring in more detail. The cushion-cut morganite stone rests on top of a 14-karat white gold band with diamonds.
“Morganite is all about Divine Love,” the jewelry designer wrote. “Pure and simple, it is representative of unconditional love.”
